Reservations Policy
According to HTO regulations, in order for a reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the reservation is required.
Deposit payment methods:
a) Bank transfer
b) Credit or Debit card
Upon deposit payment, you will receive the confirmation of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation:
1. 100% refund of cancellation fee 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.
2. Cancellation of the down payment for cancellations from 14 days before the scheduled arrival date until check-in is not valid.
3. For reservations under the non-refundable policy, you will charged the total amount of the reservation and there is not refund in case of any cancellation or modification of the reservation
4. In case of no show there is a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation.
Pricing policy
VAT and the municipal tax are included in the price of the room.
Room rates are defined by a night’s stay.
Pet policy
No pets are allowed inside or outside the residences.

Check in: 15:00
Check out: 11:00
Check out from 11:00 until 18:00: 50% charge of the agreed price of the night
Check out after 18:00: 100% charge of the agreed price of the night
Accepting the terms and policies of the unit
Upon reservation confirmation, the client is considered to be fully aware of and to agree with the policies of the unit.
